Refund Policy

Double-check your cart.

All sales are final, including accidental orders, duplicate purchases, and files already included in a bundle or Drive you own, except where required by law.

I’m human. Check before you print.

Mistakes can happen. Inspect your file and do a test print before running an order. If something looks wrong, stop and email me. I’ll help correct an error in the file I supplied. We don’t reimburse blanks, supplies, labor, lost sales, or reprints, except where required by law.

Share the files. Lose the access.

Collabs and exclusive artwork created for other shops are NOT included in any Drive, including lifetime and whole-shop Drives. I can’t share another designer’s files. Purchasing Drive access does not include those files.

If you’re caught sharing files or violating these terms, your Google Drive access CAN and WILL be revoked, with no refund, except where required by law. This includes lifetime Drives governed by these terms. We’ll notify you of revocation and follow any legally required process.
