By purchasing or downloading digital designs ("Designs") from Homewrecker Design Shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Uses: The Designs may be used to create completed, tangible products such as T-shirts, mugs, and stickers. Simple color modifications and transfers onto products for sale are allowed.
2. Prohibited Uses:
- The Designs may not be resold or distributed as digital files or downloads.
- The Designs may not be used to create new digital designs for sale.
- Altering, changing words, adding to, or removing any part of the Designs is strictly prohibited even on
completed items.
- The Designs cannot be used to create digital files or products intended for digital sale.

**FAQ on Usage**
Do you require a license to sell screen print, DTF, or transfers? No license is required for during 2024 to sell screen print or printed transfers. That is subject to change in the future at my discretion.

Can I print the design on a T-shirt and sell it? Yes, you can use the Designs to create T-shirts for sale for retail or wholesale purposes.

May I sell the design as a sticker? Yes, stickers that feature the Design as part of a completed item are permissible.

Am I allowed to change the color of the design for a project? Simple color changes are allowed for completed items.

Can I use the design for making a logo for my brand? No, the Designs cannot be used to create digital content or branding materials for sale.Digital Download, Instant Download for personal or commercial use. You CAN NOT resell this design as a download.
